PlugConnect KE is a Kenyan marketplace where you can find houses & apartments, hotels & stays, cars & vehicles, commercial spaces, and other services — search, compare, and connect directly with verified providers, all in one place.

No — you can search and browse every category without an account. You only need to register when you want to contact a provider, list your own property or service, or manage a profile.

When you register, you choose whether you're a Customer (looking for a house, stay, car, space or service) or a Service Provider (listing one). Providers get access to the listing wizard and a provider dashboard; customers get a dashboard for managing their account.

Use the search bar on the homepage or any category page to filter by location, price and category-specific details (like bedrooms for houses or property type for stays). Results update to match your filters, and every filter is shareable as a link.

Every listing page shows the provider's preferred way to be reached — call or WhatsApp directly from the listing, using the details the provider gave when they listed it.

Not yet — booking, viewing requests and online payments are on our roadmap. Today, you contact the provider directly (call or WhatsApp) to arrange a viewing, booking or hire, the same way you'd reach out to any provider.

It's our built-in assistant that helps you find listings by describing what you want in plain language — e.g. "2 bedroom apartment in Kilimani under 40k" — instead of clicking through filters one by one.

Yes — every listing is reviewed by our admin team before it appears publicly. This keeps out spam and incomplete listings, though it doesn't replace doing your own checks before you pay anyone or visit in person.

A verified badge is granted by our admin team to providers who have gone through our verification process. Always exercise your own judgment even with verified providers — see our Terms & Conditions for the full picture.

Please contact us with the listing details and what looked wrong. We investigate every report and take action on listings or accounts that break our rules.

Register as a Service Provider, then head to List Your Property from the menu and choose your category. A step-by-step wizard walks you through details, pricing, photos and availability before you submit for admin review.

Listing is currently free while we grow the platform. We're building out paid options like featured placement — see Advertise With Us — and will always be upfront before anything is charged.

It's reviewed by our admin team as soon as possible after submission. You can check your listing's status any time from your provider dashboard.

Yes — PlugConnect Property Agency Services is a separate offering for landlords who'd rather hand off the day-to-day: long-term property management, Airbnb/short-stay management, tenant sourcing, property marketing, maintenance coordination and relocation advisory.
