Cancellation policy: Free cancellation up to 48 hours before check-in. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before check-in may be subject to cancellation charges. No-show bookings are non-refundable. Any refund is subject to the provider's cancellation terms and PlugConnect's applicable payment/refund policy.

House rules: No smoking inside the apartment. No parties or unauthorized events. Guests must respect quiet hours from 10 PM to 6 AM. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. Pets are allowed only with prior approval. Guests must present valid identification during check-in. Guests are responsible for damage caused during their stay. Check-in and check-out times must be observed. Illegal activities are strictly prohibited.

Check-in is from 2:00 PM and check-out is by 11:00 AM. Guests are required to provide valid identification at check-in. Only registered guests are permitted to stay overnight. No smoking or parties are allowed inside the apartment. Guests must respect quiet hours from 10:00 PM to 6:00 AM and follow building security procedures. Guests are responsible for any damage caused during their stay. Early check-in, late check-out and airport transfers are subject to availability and may attract additional charges.
